Here are a few tips to cool your pets off in this blazing summer. Put a wet rag around their neck, Make sure you have fans blowing, don't put your pet outside, make them stay in as long as possible. Put ice cubes in their water providing the coldest water possible. Make sure you always have a nice cold dog treat around or you might want to consider buying dog ice cream this summer.
For those that don't have air conditioning like us, please consider putting on fans. We have 4 Fans running in our small apartment. Its always good to take water for you and your dog while on walk. I always like to put ice cubes on Frankie and I to cool down. Alot of dogs are calm when its this hot, and behaved, however keep in mind dogs overheat easier than People do. You can try similar tips to keep cool, remember pet owners, to always make sure your pets okay, check on all pets in house. Even caged pets, Friends, Family and the old people. Old People always will need Air Condition, since their risk of a stroke is higher.
